On Monday, our students on the Intensive Professional Program in French Pastry had the pleasure to meet the Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot !
For a whole day, the Chef made his signature pastries in front of our students! From lemon cake to caramel cookies and Pistachio Paris-Breast, our students were honored to watch and taste the pastry!
With his numerous experiences under his belt in Parisian establishments such as George V, Plaza Athénée and the Relais Desserts, his complete involvement has allowed Chef Maxence Barbot to a position as pastry chef, at the Shangri-La, in Paris. He continues to express himself through classic French desserts that he revisits, without ever altering them.
