A 4-handed dinner at The Shilla Seoul's The Continental restaurant
On January 30th, a 4-handed dinner was served to guests at The Shilla Seoul's The Continental restaurant.
The dinner menu was created jointly by chef Marc Alès, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000, Chef instructor at FERRANDI Paris and Jun Sik Yoon, Executive Chef of The Continental restaurant and his team.
Marc Alès was accompanied by Maxime Boisset, 2nd year student Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship at FERRANDI Paris.
A four-handed dinner that delighted the guests of the restaurant, including Philippe Faure, President and Founder of the List and Fabien Penone, Ambassador of France in South Korea, present that evening.
